Because Brad Pitt as Paul Maclean in A River Runs Through It is something I absolutely needed on my blog.
The book is one of my all-time favorites. And the movie is wonderful as well.
My grandfather was and my father is a flyfisherman, so I think the movie makes me nostalgic. Plus Norman Maclean was a beautiful, poetic writer.
When my grandfather died, we read passages from the book at his service. It’s completely nostalgic for me as well. I miss him a lot sometimes. <3
